Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be new, unworn, and unused
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • All original tags must be attached

Any items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All discounted or sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Returned packages must include valid tracking information
  • We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the exchanged item
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.

Late or Missing Returns

Returns sent outside the 10-day return window may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

 

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order is checked in with the Carrier, your delivery estimate will be available directly through the Carrier. 

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the US. (We do not ship to PO Boxes)

International Shipping

We do not ship International. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please contact the Carrier for more information. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
