🐾12th Annual Hot Dog Run – FAST & FURRIEST! 🏃♂️🐕
Get ready for Midland’s most paws-itively fun race of the year!
The Midland Humane Coalition invites you and your four-legged running partner to join the 12th Annual Hot Dog Run — a dog-friendly, family-friendly 5K & 1-Mile race where paws meet pavement and the community comes together for a great paws and cause.
💛 Every step helps homeless cats and dogs find their forever homes.
Your participation supports the mission of the Midland Humane Coalition and helps animals reach their ultimate finish line — HOME.

🟡 7:30 AM – Registration Opens & Packet Pick-Up
🏃 8:30 AM – 5K Race Start
🐕 8:35 AM – 1 Mile Fun Run / Walk Start
🏅 9:00 AM – Awards Ceremony
🎭 9:30 AM – Pet Costume Competition (FREE ENTRY!)

Humans and pets are encouraged to dress up together as a team!
🐕 Who Can Participate?
Everyone!
✔ Humans of all ages and speeds
✔ Dogs of all sizes and breeds
✔ Runners, walkers, strollers, and wagging tails
Important notes:
🐾 Every dog must have one owner/handler
🐾 Leashes required for all dogs
🐾 Retractable leashes must remain locked
🐾 Please clean up after your pet
🐾 No dog? No problem! You are still welcome to run or walk!
🏃 Race Route
The course loops around the Midland College campus and will be clearly marked.
💧 PIT STOPS:
Two hydration stations every ½ mile for both humans and dogs!
A full course map will be provided before race day.
